<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cooling device capable of preventing an evaporated fuel amount from exceeding a capturing amount limit of a canister by cooling fuel, and reducing electrical power consumption. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuel cooling device includes a cooler for cooling fuel in a fuel tank and a cooling control means for controlling the cooler. The cooling control means performs the drive control of the cooler based on the tank inner pressure of the fuel tank during EV traveling when an engine is stopped. The cooling control means stops the drive of the cooler during HV traveling. Even if the evaporated fuel is supplied to the canister by stopping the drive of the cooler, a vehicle can consume the evaporated fuel in the canister as engine fuel by operating the engine. Accordingly, the fuel cooling device can prevent the evaporated fuel from escaping into the atmosphere and suppress electrical power consumption by stopping the drive of the cooler during the HV traveling.
