PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil cooling device for an engine to improve the cooling efficiency of oil by improving the circulation efficiency of oil in an oil pan. SOLUTION: In an oil cooling device for an engine to cool engine oil with an oil cooler 7, in the internal part of which cooling water is circulated, built in the oil pan 1, the oil cooler 7 is situated in a state to be separated from the bottom 1d of the oil pan 1, and an oil suction port 2a is situated below the oil cooler 7 and opposed to the oil cooler 7.
