<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light shielding film which can prevent drop of a material component from the inside of the film and diffusion of the material component from a film surface into air and further which has good antistatic performance and light shielding performance. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The light shielding film has a light shielding layer, which is consisting of a polyolefin resin composition containing 1 to 10 parts weight of a light shielding agent toward 100 parts weight of a polyolefin resin, in the middle of a thickness direction and an antistatic layer, which is consisting of the polyolefin resin composition containing 2 to 10 parts weight of an antistatic agent toward 100 parts weight of the polyolefin resin, along its both surfaces in the thickness direction.
