<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor surface coating method in which a floor surface is coated with good appearance by the simple method. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A coating agent 24 is uniformly applied only on one surface of a film sheet 1 by passing the film sheet 1 through a gap between a coating roller 22 a part of which is dipped in the coating agent 24 and a press roller 21. The surface of the film sheet 1 on which the coating agent 24 is applied is brought into contact with the floor surface 5 and rolled with a roller 3. The coating agent 24 is dried and cured by irradiating the film sheet 1 with ultraviolet ray from the upper side of the film sheet 1 using an UV irradiation apparatus 4. After that. the film sheet 1 is stripped off. Thus, the coating agent 24 is uniformly applied on the floor surface to prevent the unevenness or the coating defect of the finished surface. As the coating agent 24 is covered with the film sheet 1 before the curing and drying, the floor surface is finished smooth while preventing dust or the like from being stuck onto the surface.
