<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a formwork which forms a deformed portal block having a sidewall and an end surface of the block crossing with an angle other than 90°, has a simple structure, and facilitates assembling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The deformed portal block is equipped with an outside plate 11 which is vertically provided being fixed to a free position of the upper surface of a base 1, a side part core 3 which is movably placed on the upper surface of the base 1 at a free position in the longitudinal direction in the inner side of the outside plate 11, an end part core 4 which is pivotally connected with a vertical pin at the front side or the rear side of the outside side surface of the side part core 3 and fixed to the upper surface of the base 1 with a predetermined angle, a connection bottom plate 51 where a flat surface shape for forming the under surface of a ceiling slab of the block between the bottom plate 32 of the side part core and the bottom plate of the end part core is a right triangle, and an end plate 43 which closes the front and rear end of the sidewall molding cavity 15 of the block formed between the outside plate 11 and the inside plate 41 of the end part core 4. The plates appropriate to an inclined angle of the outside plate 11 and the inside plate 41 are prepared for the connection bottom plate 51 and the front and rear end plate 43.
