PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by simplifying a turbo decoder of a receiver in a TDD/CDMA communication system using a turbo code to reduce required memory capacity. SOLUTION: An interactive turbo decoder and its decoding method for communication signal data with an error correcting function are provided.
