<p>A process and system for pulping are provided, which are environmental protective, energy saving, circulating and green. The process comprises the following steps: cutting, dust exhausting, fibrillating, cooking and bleaching integration, refining, cleaning, concentrating, water treatment, pelletizing, and biomass gasification to supply heat and generate electricity. Also, the heat energy supplied by biomass gasification supply heat system and the electric energy supplied by biomass gasification power generation system can be recycled to the system. The step of cooking and bleaching integration comprises: pre-impregnating, cooking and bleaching, at first, adding pre-impregnating reagent and pre-impregnating 30-60min at 50-100?, after the pre-impregnating, adding cooking reagent and feeding oxygen at the same time, maintaining the oxygen partial pressure at 0.1-0.3MPa to delignify 45-90min at 60-100?, after the cooking, adding bleaching reagent and maintaining the oxygen partial pressure, bleaching 45-120min at 60-100?.</p> |
