PURPOSE: A scrapping system for a sink roll of a melting zinc coating and a scrapping device for a stabilizing roll are provided to prevent the motor from being damaged by the high temperature by installing the motor in the place except the upper of the high temperature Zinc pot. CONSTITUTION: The scrapping system(100) for the sink roll of the melting zinc coating and the scrapping device for the stabilizing roll include the conveyance adjusting unit(110), scrapper adjusting unit(120), and scrapper supporting unit(130). The left/right transfer controlling moves the moving block(116) to the left/right with the wire(114). The wire is wounded/unwounded in a specific direction by the motor(112). The motor is fixed at the top surface of the table(102). The moving block moves in the longitudinal direction of rolls(104,106). The scrapper adjusting unit moves the connection rod(132) to the back and forth. The connection rod is moved by the push pull rod(124). The push pull rod is loaded and unloaded by the cylinder(122) settled in the moving block. The scrapper supporting unit includes the support bar(134) and scrapper(136). The support bar is mounted in the bottom part of the connection rod. The scrapper is mounted in the bottom part of the support bar.
