PURPOSE: A composition containing fusion protein of a protein transduction domain and Hsp27 is provided to suppress endogenous and exogenous apoptosis. CONSTITUTION: A composition for suppressing cell apoptosis contains a fusion protein of a protein transduction domain(PTD) and heat shock protein 27(Hsp27). The protein transduction domain is Tat, 11R, or 9R. Apoptosis disregulatory disease is neurodegenerative disease, ischemic heart disease, autoimmune disease or infectious diseases.
