PURPOSE: A device for testing leakage current of a heat roller is provided to discriminate the failure of the heat roller by measuring the withstand voltage and leakage current and varying the fault discrimination condition for the heat roller having various pipe sizes and lengths. CONSTITUTION: The device for testing leakage current of the heat roller includes a roller die, a pressure roller die, a test controller, and a base frame. The heat roller die(100) is installed to enable the heat roller to be rotated. The pressure roller die(200) is installed to enable the pressure roller to be rotated. The pressure roller die contacts a test jig to one end of the conductive surface of the pressure roller and another end in which the insulation anodizing film of the heat roller is not formed in the state that the heat roller is adhered to the pressure roller. The test controller(300) permits the specific withstand voltage through the test jig of the pressure roller die. In the voltage authorization section where is between the heat roller and the pressure roller, the leakage current of the heat roller is measured. The test controller informs the failure state of the heat roller by the alarm sound or the alarm lamp if the measured leakage current is over the fixed reference leakage current according to the specific withstand voltage. The heat roller die, the pressure roller die and the test controller are installed in the base frame(400).
