PURPOSE: A cooling and heating cabinet is provided to reduce manufacturing cost and the size by simplifying the internal configuration. CONSTITUTION: A cooling and heating cabinet comprises a storage box(100), and a heating and cooling unit(200). The storage box contains an object for cooling or heating. The heating and cooling unit is prepared a thermoelectric element having a heat absorption surface and heating surface. The heat absorption surface and heating surface is rotatable to face the storage box.
