PURPOSE: A data driving device and a liquid crystal display device using the same are provided to reduce a size of a data driver by configuring a number of decoder of the digital analog converter as much as an output channel number of the data driver. CONSTITUTION: A data driver is composed of a digital processing part, a gray voltage generator, and an analog processing part. The digital processing part(130) latches inputted red, green, and blue data, and a gray voltage generator(120) generates a positive and negative green grayscale voltage, red/green a grayscale voltage, and 3 common grayscale voltages according to an option signal supplied to the digital processing unit by using a reference gamma voltage and a first and a second power. The analog processing part(140) converts the red and green latch data into a red/green image data by using the positive and negative green grayscale voltage, the positive and negative 3 common grayscale voltages.
