PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for connection of piping, which can facilitate a change of water supply piping and sewer piping when the arrangement of a water section is changed, and which can reduce a period and costs, required for the change of the water supply piping and the sewer piping. SOLUTION: This panel 1 for the connection of the piping includes a panel member 1a which is formed in such a shape as to be approximately identical in dimension to a floor panel 2 and which constitutes a part of a floor 3 of a house, and a piping connecting unit 6 which is fixed in the state of penetrating a through-hole 5 provided in the panel member 1a. The piping connecting unit 6 is equipped with a joint pipe 7 which has an upper end connected to internal piping 41 arranged from the inside of the house, and which has a lower end connected to underfloor piping 42 arranged from the downside of the floor 3 of the house.
