METAL SURFACE TREATMENT SOLUTION AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING STEEL SHEET USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A metal surface treatment solution and a method for manufacturing a steel sheet using the same are provided to enhance corrosion resistance anti-darkening property by manufacturing metal surface treatment solution including Ti-alkoxide, chelating agent, calcium phosphate compound and colloidal silica and processing the steel plate with the metal surface treatment solution. CONSTITUTION: The metal surface treatment solution is prepared. The metal surface treatment solution includes epoxy group silane coupling agent 9 ~ 13 weight% and amino silane coupling agent 5 ~ 9 weight%. The metal surface treatment solution includes the vanadium compound 0.5 ~ 1 weight%, and phosphoric acid 0.5 ~ 1 weight% organic acid 0.5 ~ 1 weight%. The metal surface treatment solution includes Ti-alkoxide 0.1 ~ 10 weight%, and chelating agent 0.1 ~ 2 weight% and calcium phosphate compound 0.1 ~ 5 weight%. The metal surface treatment solution includes colloidal silica 0.2 ~ 10 weight%. The metal surface treatment solution is applied on the surface of the material. The coating method is selected among the roll coater method, and the method of extracting a solution from a roll after spraying and the method of dipping the material. The material is heated after being coated with the metal surface treatment solution. The heating temperature of the material is 30 ~ 200°C. The metal surface treatment solution is applied on the material and the material is dried. The dried coated film is 0.5 ~ 0.8g/m^2.
