<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen permselective membrane demonstrating excellent hydrogen permeation efficiency in hydrogen refining, and to provide a simple manufacturing method of such a hydrogen permselective membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen permselective membrane (1) includes a metallic support (2) having a plurality of through-holes (3), and a Pd alloy membrane (4) disposed to cover the through-holes (3) on one face of the metallic support (2). The Pd alloy membrane (4) is composed by laminating a base layer (5) with a thickness of 0.1-2 μm and a surface layer (6) with a thickness of 0.1-20 μm from the metallic support (2) side, the surface layer (6) having a ratio of a measured surface area S to a measurement region area A, S/A, of 2 or more. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
