<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure in which lubricating oil such as grease hardly flows into a control substrate while attaining miniaturization and cost reduction with a small number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: A case 25 of a drive unit 22 is provided with a substrate storage chamber 46a, and the control substrate 47 for controlling the operation of an electric motor is stored in the substrate storage chamber 46a. A part of the control substrate 47 is arranged between a driving drum 41 and a worm wheel 35b, and a rotation sensor 54 is mounted on this part. A multipolar magnetized magnet 53 is installed at a driving shaft 34, and the rotation sensor 54 faces the multipolar magnetized magnet 53 through a window 55a formed at the case 25. The worm wheel 35b side end face of a partition wall 32 is provided with an annular projection 56 on the radial outside of the window 55a, while the partition wall 32 side end face of the worm wheel 35b is provided with an annular projection 57 along the projection 56. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
