PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a weighing device having a capsuled load cell of faultless relating to the eccentric load accuracy. SOLUTION: The weighing device 100 is including the load cell 110 and a capsuled body 118 of flexible tube shape. The load cell includes a parallel guide mechanism 111 and at least one measurement converter 117. One side terminal 119 of capsuled body is fixed to the leg 114 of a fixed parallelogram, the other end part 120 is fixed to the leg of a movable parallelogram 115, and the parallel guidance mechanism and the measurement converter are protected from external dirt and moisture. The weighing device is provided with the parallel guidance mechanism having a regulation region 121, by the regulation region, the distance between at least one flexural pivot 116 of the upper parallel guidance member 113 and the lower flexural pivot of the parallel guidance member 112 is regulated. The regulation region is connected with at least one regulation setting region 127 mechanically, and the latter is arranged outside the capsuled body for changing the regulation region.
