<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless communication device for effectively utilizing a network band of a wireless LAN, reducing a time until communication connection to a mating side is established, and reducing overhead up to communication start. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This wireless communication device conforms to the standard IEEE 802.11 of wireless LAN communication and used for a wireless communication system executing communication between a master station 10 and a terminal 20. The wireless communication device includes a function used for the master station, and storing, in a body part of a Beacon frame, an identifier representing the supporting of batch transmission of a management frame in an MAC layer or a frame in an upper layer.
