<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-accuracy fuse data reading circuit that operates with a low supply current. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The fuse data reading circuit (2) includes a fuse data holding section (3) that holds fuse data, a fuse data reading section (4) that detects the fuse data, and a bias voltage generating circuit (5) that generates a bias voltage (Vbias). The fuse data reading section (4) of the fuse data reading circuit (2) includes a current mirror circuit (12) and a control circuit (11) that is provided between the current mirror circuit (12) and the fuse data holding section (3).
