<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle electronic device which prevents mixed voices from being outputted in spite of conflict among a plurality of audio signals. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The on-vehicle electronic device 1 has an HTML file receiving part 20 for receiving an HTML file from an outer Web server 14 through a network 12, an HTML file analysis part 30 for analyzing whether or not the HTML file includes information in relation to the audio signals, an audio reproduction part 50 for reproducing the audio signals, a voice output selection part 70 which includes a first input for inputting a first audio signal included in the HTML file corresponding to the analysis result of the HTML file and a second input for inputting a second audio signal reproduced by the audio reproduction part 50 and selects one of the first input and the second input in accordance with a pre-determined arrangement, and a speaker 90 for outputting either a selected first audio signal or a selected second audio signal.
