<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of positioning a plurality of substrates on a base plate at less imaging frequency, for securing. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a mounting structure includes a first mark measuring step in which alignment marks 6d and 7d of flexible substrates 6 and 7 where a wiring is arranged are imaged, for measuring positions of the alignment marks 6d and 7d, a second mark measuring step in which an alignment mark 2a of a base plate 2 where a wiring and the alignment mark 2a are arranged is imaged, for measuring position of the alignment mark 2a, a base aligning step in which, using the measurement results of the first mark measuring step and the measurement results of the second mark measuring step, the flexible substrates 6 and 7 and the base plate 2 are relatively moved to the places where the wiring of the flexible substrates 6 and 7 and the wiring of the base plate 2 face each other, and a mounting step in which the wiring of the flexible substrates 6 and 7 and the wiring of the base plate 2 are connected together for securing.
