<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a metallic plate look embedded in a transparent or translucent resin temple having a core bar, or the like. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The decoration method of a core bar-containing resin temple comprises injecting a resin P into upper and lower molds 10 and 12 including temple cavities 20 and 22, a core bar inserting hole part 24 continued thereto, and a decorative protruding part 40 with a height not reaching the core bar or a core bar hole part 32 provided on a part corresponding to a temple surface side of the cavities, thereby forming the core hole 32 by a core bar or core bar element die 30, releasing a temple from the molds 10 and 12, thermally transferring a pattern to a temple decorative recessed part having a decorative recessed part formed by the decorative protruding part within the cavities of the temple by hot stamping, uniformly covering the surface of the decorative recessed part of the temple with a clear resin, and further polishing this part.
