<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cage-and-roller and rolling bearing which relieves the stress to each corner R part by the moment power even if the thrust power is given, and controls the danger of the damage of a retainer. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The cage-and-roller 10 has: a retainer 11 having a plurality of pillar parts 13 which connect a pair of annular parts 12, 12 with the inside diameter between a pair of annular parts 12, 12 arranged in the circumferential direction at the predetermined interval; and a plurality of rollers 19 which are arranged to the pocket 14 arranged in the circumferential direction at the predetermined interval respectively by the pillar part 13 adjacent to a pair of annular parts 12, 12.
