<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump and its stationary blade capable of reducing a mixing loss even if non-uniformness is present at the whole of a main flow reaching a delivery flow passage. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The pump has: a suction flow passage 60 circulated with a sucked liquid; an outer casing 13 connected to a downstream side of the suction flow passage 60; an inner casing 11 arranged at an inner side of the outer casing 13 through a clearance and internally involving a motor; an impeller 9 arranged in an annular flow passage 40 formed of the inner casing 11 and the outer casing 13 and rotated by the motor; a guide blade 10 provided in the annular flow passage 40 and restoring the pressure of the liquid temperature-elevated by the impeller 9; the stationary blades 18, 19, 20 laid between the inner casing 11 and the outer casing 13 so that a swirl-like closed flow passage swirled toward a downstream of the annular flow passage 40 is formed on an outlet of the annular flow passage 40; and a delivery flow passage 50 connected to the outer casing 13 at the outlet of the closed flow passage formed of the stationary blades 18, 19, 20 and enlarged toward the downstream.
