<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure inspection apparatus which can easily identify an image by specifying which place on a structure, such as a bridge, is photographed to take the image. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A horizontal arm 70 is placed below an inspective object 1 via a vertical rod 60 fitted to an inspection truck 20 to be vertically movable. A photographing camera 140 is fitted to a holding arm 80 erected on a traveling truck 150 traveling on the horizontal arm 70. The holding arm 80 is rotated and the photographing camera 140 is rotated vertically to set a photographing direction, and an inspection spot on the under surface of the inspective object 1 is photographed. At this time, an angle display board fixed to the holding arm 80 and a scale indicative of the stop position of the traveling truck 150 on the horizontal arm 70 are photographed with the photographing camera 140. As a result, an image of the photographing position and photographing direction of the photographing camera 140 can be obtained in association with the photographed image of the inspection spot.
