PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of increasing the operating rate of the game machine by making a player voluntarily continue the play till the start of a probability variable mode can be recognized. SOLUTION: Announcement delay control means executes the display in a mode in which whether the play is in the probability variable state or not after termination of a special game state regardless of whether the probability variable state is generated or not, and executes the display in the probability variable mode when the number of times of variation in a variable display game in a variable display device after termination of the special game state reaches a value set in a probability variation announcement delay counter and when the play is in the probability variable state, or executes the display in a regular variation mode when the play is not in the probability variable state. Jackpot random number determining means determines a jackpot random number using first and second determination values regardless of whether the display is executed in the mode in which whether the play is in the probability variable state or not can not be recognized when it is determined that the play is in the probability variable state, or determines the jackpot random number using the first determination value only regardless of whether the display is executed in the above mode or not when it is not determined that the play is in the probability variable state.
