PURPOSE: A method for producing liquor through post deodorization and filtration of bamboo charcoal pad is provided to produce liquor with good flavor and taste in a low price. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing liquor comprises deodorization and filtration; blending; post deodorization; and post filtration. The post deodorization and pos filtration are performed using bamboo charcoal pad through one process. The bamboo charcoal pad is produced using cellulose, bamboo charcoal, and diatomite. The liquor is diluted spirit, distilled liquor, whisky, brandy, ginseng liquor or fruit liquor.
