PURPOSE: A door frame manufacturing device and method are provided to simplify the whole process for a synthetic resin and wood combined door frame, from synthetic resin application to cooling. CONSTITUTION: A door frame manufacturing device comprises a mold unit(10) of box shape, a feed unit(40), a securing unit(70), and a cooling unit(130). In the mold unit, a core is placed and a synthetic resin is applied thereon. The feed unit provides the synthetic resin to one side of the mold unit. The cooling unit cools a door frame. The mold unit is composed of a front section, an intermediate section, and a rear section in the longitudinal direction. The core is inserted in the rear section, coated with the synthetic resin in the intermediate section, and extracted through the front section. The front section includes a tip part on the leading end thereof to help extraction of the core. |
