PURPOSE: A method for preparing natural killer cells and a composition containing the same for treating solid tumor are provided to treat solid tumor including neuroblastoma. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing natural killer cells comprises: a step of isolating splenocyte of mammal; a step of adding interleukin-15 to the splenocyte then culturing for 3 to 14 days; and a step of isolating CD5^- of cells from the splenocyte. A composition for treating solid tumor contains the natural killer cells as active ingredient and one or more pharmaceutically acceptable carrier or adjuvant.
