Subject innovation applies to massage roller which consist of the shell ( 1 ) which form the body ( 2 ) of the roller, which may be hollow or solid. On mentioned shell ( 1 ) are derived bulge ( 3 ) and grooves ( 4 ). Those bulge ( 3 ) and grooves ( 4 ) form tooth which have massage effect. With increasind diameter of the roller body in accordance are the number of the teeth. Placing the roller on the floor surface in a way that the shell ( 1 ) of the roller is closest to the floor gets device for training with massage effect teeth which are formed from the bulge ( 3 ) and the grooves ( 4 ) on which the user lean the body ( back or foot ) and roll the roller. Flexible tooths of the shell perform activ props to parts of the back,that is,massage them,increaseing muscle tonus and blood circulation,soothing the negative effects of the sitting as backache and stiffness, indirectly increasing concentration and work effect.
