PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building fastening means sufficiently adaptable to a high rise building or an earthquake resistant building for highly efficient, safe, easy and inexpensive fixture without requiring skills, and to provide a nut fitting, an auxiliary nut, a fastening ring and a fastening identifying seal to be used for the same. SOLUTION: The building fastening means comprises the nut fitting 1 to be mounted in a through-hole P of a building first member E at one side, the auxiliary nut 6 to be mounted in the nut fitting at the other side of the first member, a bolt B to be threaded to the nut fitting or the auxiliary nut, the fastening ring 7 to be inserted through the bolt, and the fastening identifying seal 9. The auxiliary nut, the fastening ring and the fastening identifying seal are selectively used depending on the size/material/mounting strength of the first member or a second member F. In the easiest fastening, the nut fitting and the bolt are only used. With an increase in the mounting strength, at least the fastening ring is used in addition to the nut fitting and the bolt, as well as the auxiliary nut. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
