PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gravity propulsion rotation device effectively using gravity for acquiring rotational energy. SOLUTION: A rotor 3 which has weights 4 of same weight at both ends thereof and a rotary shaft that can move to both end direction is attached to the rotary shaft 2 fixed in a horizontal position. An ascent 5 gradually reducing radius coincident with radius in a rotational direction from a part right under the rotary shaft exists. When the rotor is in a vertical direction, a center of gravity 6 of the rotor coincides with the rotary shaft. When the rotor starts rotating clockwise, the rotor starts going up the ascent of which radius gradually reduces. The rotor is pushed out to an opposite side of the rotary shaft and the center of gravity shifts to a right side of the rotary shaft. Clockwise rotation motion is accelerated by gravity from a time when the rotor leaves the ascent. The center of gravity is returned to the rotary shaft by using own gravity and the rotor continues rotation by only inertia by a time when the rotor gets horizontal. When the rotor gets to a position vertically below, the rotor returns to a vertical state or start going up the ascent by own inertia rotation force.
