<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inverter apparatus which can feed an alternately increasing and decreasing magnetization current to a permanent-magnet motor by using a higher voltage than the voltage obtained ordinarily from a power supply. <P>SOLUTION: In the inverter apparatus, a microcomputer 9 applies a current to stator windings 7a-7c of a motor through an inverter circuit 6 based on a DC voltage boosted by a charging means so as to subject permanent magnets 7p-7s constituting a rotor to alternately increasing and decreasing magnetization. Hereupon, a voltage doubler rectifying circuit which has a reactor 2 connected with one end of an AC power supply 1 and diodes 3a-3d and is constituted together with capacitors 4, 5 is provided in a DC voltage source 51. Further, a switching circuit 8 which is interposed between the common connecting point of the reactor 2 with the input terminal of the rectifying circuit and the other end of the AC power supply 1 is subjected to switching control so as to charge the capacitors 4, 5 and boost the DC voltage. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
