<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a health beverage where the function of active ingredients in Chinese cork tree (Phellodendron amurense) is sufficiently exerted even when the beverage is diluted with water. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing a health beverage includes: (1) a Chinese cork tree stock solution-generating step for generating a Chinese cork tree stock solution K produced by eluting the ingredients of the Chinese cork tree into an alcohol drink; (2) a treatment water-generating step for generating treatment water S obtained by putting water in a container charged with ceramics to be treated; and (3) an admixing step for admixing the Chinese cork tree stock solution K obtained in the Chinese cork tree stock solution-generating step into the treated water S obtained in the treated water-generating step. In the health beverage produced by the method, the ingredients of the Chinese cork tree are surely eluted in the Chinese cork tree stock solution K, the Chinese cork tree stock solution K is admixed into the treated water S whose water molecules are activated, and thereby the active ingredients of the Chinese cork tree are well dissolved and dispersed in the health beverage, so that intake of the health beverage results in that the active ingredients of the Chinese cork tree are easy to be absorbed and their functions are sufficiently exerted.
