<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device, capable of easily performing connection or removal of a lighting means of a display panel to and from a circuit board in spite of a configuration in which components are arranged around the display panel. <P>SOLUTION: The display device comprises a display panel 3; a lighting means 9 for illuminating the display panel 3; a circuit board 12 having an annularly formed LED mounting area and an opening part formed in an area inside the LED mounting area; and a lead wire 16 connecting the lighting means 9 to the surface opposite to the surface facing the display panel 3 of the circuit board 12 via the opening part. Accordingly, in this display device, a sufficient working space can be ensured around a connecting point between the lead wire 16 and the circuit board 12 in spite of the configuration in which components such as LED are arranged in line around the display panel 3, and an operation for connection or removal of the lighting means 9 to and from the circuit board 12 can be easily performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
