<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a package product obtained by packing a dumpling and a rice cake containing a starch raw material and a sugar together with a preservation liquid, which can be stored in a refrigerated or frozen state and keep its original shape, taste and palatability for a long time even after refrigeration followed by thawing. <P>SOLUTION: The package product for the preservation of dumplings and rice cakes is produced by sealing dumplings and rice cakes 1 containing a starch raw material and a sugar in a food-packaging container 3, with the dumplings and rice cakes suspended in a preservation liquid 2 containing a sugar, wherein the sugar content of the preservation liquid 2 is adjusted to a level substantially similar to the sugar content of the dumpling and rice cake 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
