PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve energy conversion efficiency of working gas by enabling a moving blade to receive working gas sufficiently and rotate a shaft body without complicating a structure. SOLUTION: This power generating device is provided with a cylinder body 30 in which the working gas G flows and the shaft body 40 rotatably supported by the cylinder body 30. The shaft body 40 is provided with the moving blade 60. The cylinder body 30 is provided with a stator blade 70 leading the working gas G to the moving blade 60. The moving blade 60 is provided with a plurality of blades 62 arranged in rows on an outer circumference of the shaft body in an equal angle relation at another end side of the cylinder body 30 and including a surface receiving working gas G led out from the stator blade 70 roughly along an axial direction and a block plate 63 blocking one end part in an axial direction of the blade 62 group arranged in rows. The stator blade 70 is provided with a plurality of baffle plates 72 arranged in rows on a part surrounding an outer circumference part of the moving blade 60 in an inner circumference of the cylinder body 30 in an equal angle relation and having a surface roughly along the axial direction, and a cover plate 73 covering another end part in an axial direction of baffle plates 72 group arranged in rows.
