<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a schedule planning device for planning, from an initial stage of a design, a personnel plan and a schedule plan so that a main assembly process and a plurality of sub-assembly processes are performed in parallel, main assembly and sub-assembly can be synchronized in a merge point, and a total production period is minimized. <P>SOLUTION: This schedule planning device makes a schedule plan so that the main assembly process and the plurality of sub-assembly processes can be synchronized in the merge point and the total production period is minimized by making an optimum personnel plan so that the total production period is minimized from assembling man-hours in each assembly process calculated in a man-hour calculation part 22 of an information calculation part 12, in a personnel planning part 23, calculating an assembling period of each assembly process by a production period calculation part 24, and calculating assembly start date of each assembly process beginning with the merge point of the assembly processes from the calculated assembling period and schedule information of a product by a schedule planning part 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
