<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent warping of a solar cell and also improve the efficiency of power generation. <P>SOLUTION: A solar battery module is constructed by connecting electrodes 12 on the irradiated face side of one solar cell 1 and electrodes on the backside of the other solar cell 1' in each two adjacent solar cells by means of tab leads 20. Each of the tab leads 20 has a straight line portion 21 connected to the electrode 12 in the longitudinal direction on the irradiated face side of the solar cell 1 and has stress relief portions 24 on the backside of the solar cell 1' capable of elongating and contracting in the longitudinal direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
