<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for specifying a contact position with high accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A method for specifying a contact position of electronic equipment equipped with a plurality of capacitance sensing circuits 50 and a plurality of light sensing circuits 40 is provided. In the method, the plurality of capacitance sensing circuits 50 are sequentially scanned to acquire a capacitance measurement signal T2(j), processing for determining whether an object comes in contact with a contact surface is repeated until it is determined that the object comes in contact on the basis of the acquired capacitance measurement signal T2(j), the plurality of light sensing circuits 40 are sequentially scanned to acquire a light measurement signal T1(j) after it is determined that the object comes in contact, and the position of the contact surface with which the object comes in contact is specified on the basis of the acquired light measurement signal T1(j). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
