PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow information on guidance points to be visually identified easily. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 20 acquires positional information from a GPS signal in accordance with the movement of a user by a position acquisition means 203. When a position determination means 208 determines that the current position of the user has not reached a destination, an output information control means 209, in accordance with the current position, displays route guidance information on the closest guidance point on a recommended route on a display means 204. When the position determination means 208 determines that the current position of the user has reached a predetermined distance from the guidance point, an image vibration control means 210 vibrates the route guidance information for a predetermined duration. When the image vibration control means 210 ends the vibration of the route guidance information, the output information control means 209 outputs predetermined guidance information on the guidance point by voice through a voice output means 211.
