<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an occurrence of a scrape of a terminal in a terminal inspection apparatus in which a terminal inspection is conducted by inserting the terminal into an insertion hole of a terminal inspection jig. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The terminal inspection apparatus 31 is provided with a terminal inspection jig 12 provided with insertion holes 17 in an alignment pattern corresponding to an alignment patter of terminals in order to inspect an extruding condition of the terminals mounted on a mounting surface 6 of an electric connecting component 1, and is provided with an insertion indication member 32 of which the top end is made to contact with the mounting surface by making a descending action integrally with the terminal inspection jig and which is made to be a fixed condition in relation to the mounting surface by being released from an integral forward action by the contact, and the extruding condition is inspected by descending the terminal inspection jig toward the terminal and inserting the terminal into the insertion hole and, at this time, it is enabled to detect whether the terminal inspection jig descends down to a determination line L with an indication of the insertion indication member.
