PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone gateway in which an individually owned cellular phone is utilized for a contact call between a member of the company, who goes out, and the company, a call charge relating to the contact call is directly charged to the company easily, and the cellular phone number of the individually owned cellular phone is concealed. SOLUTION: A cellular phone gateway is interposed between a PBX which connects an extension telephone call with an outside line or another extension telephone, and a public network. When an abbreviated number is dialed from the extension telephone to a cellular phone which is connected to the public network and of which the abbreviated number is assigned beforehand, the cellular phone number of the cellular phone corresponding to the abbreviated number is retrieved, the cellular phone number obtained by the retrieval is dialed, and the cellular phone is called. When an incoming call charging number for connection is dialed from the cellular phone, the cellular phone is authenticated by a call originating telephone number receiving function, and the input of the extension number of the extension telephone to be called is prompted.
