摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas sensor structure capable of improving energy usage, having a solid and compact structure, and capable of being manufactured at low costs. SOLUTION: The gas sensor structure 100 is provided with at least one radiation source for discharging emission; a gas measuring chamber 110 capable of being filled with gases to be measured; and at least one detector for detecting emission and generating an output signal dependent on a specimen. The radiation source is arranged in the vicinity of the focal point F of concave mirrors 116 and 118 in such a way that the discharged emission may converge on a region at which the detector is arranged. Tubes 120 and 122 transmit detected emission in the direction of the detector. For improving energy usage and achieving both manufacturing at low costs and a solid and compact structure, the concave mirrors 116 and 118 and the tubes 120 and 122 are constituted at least partially integrally with housings 106 and 112, in which the radiation source, the gas measuring chamber, and the detector are arranged, and formed at least at part of one wall of the housings by a reflecting coating.
