PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a high-quality hot-dip plated metal sheet with high productivity by ensuring sheet-running stability at wiping part of the metal sheet drawn out from a hot-dip plating bath. SOLUTION: The high-quality hot-dip plated metal sheet can be produced with high productivity by switching control pattern of a sheet-running stabilizer, which is installed near the wiping part, at least once in response to the change in required performance within the same coil, e.g. switching the control pattern between a coil tip domain immediately after passing a welding point where quick response to static path change or warpage is emphasized and a constant domain where prevention of sheet vibration is emphasized, so as to control them by control patterns suited for each of them and ensuring sheet-passing stability at the wiping part.
