PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape feeding device for smoothly feeding a tape after treated into a tape winding mechanism which winds the tape while allowing the sagging right thereunder. SOLUTION: The tape feeding device comprises a forward tension mechanism 10 for feeding out the tape 2 after treated in the horizontal direction, a tape guide 12 for guiding the horizontal feed of the tape 2 fed out by the forward tension mechanism 10, a winding reel 7 arranged near the terminal end of the tape guide 12 for winding the incoming tape while allowing the sagging right thereunder, and an air blowing mechanism 13 arranged on the downstream side of the forward tension mechanism 10 in the feeding direction for blowing air to the outgoing tape 2 to impart the feeding force to the tape 2 in the feeding direction.
