PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound reflector device capable of changing the lengths in the upstage/downstage direction and a wing direction of a stage according to various performance modes when being used, and being folded into a compact shape when being folded. SOLUTION: This sound reflector device 1 is provided with: a pair of traveling rails 6 and 7 laid on a ceiling face of the stage 2; a main frame 8 configured to travel along the traveling rails 6 and 7; sub frames 10 and 11 disposed to the upstage with respect to the main frame 8; a ceiling reflector 3 turnably attached to the main frame 8; a pair of side reflectors 4 attached to both ends in the stage wing direction of the main frame, wherein the end portions 4a of the side reflectors 4 in audience seat sides of the stage have first turning shafts 4b and constituted movably along the main frame 8, and the end portions 4c in the upstage sides of the side reflectors 4 have second turning shafts 4d and constituted movably along the sub frames 10 and 11; and a front reflector 5 attached to the sub frames 10 and 11.
