PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piping module design-production support system for minimizing a load fluctuation and improving energy efficiency while securing stable quality, and to provide a method for manufacturing a piping module using the piping module design-production support system. SOLUTION: The piping module design-production support system 100 is provided with: a storage device 111 for storing various information including piping piece data corresponding to a piping piece with at least one end flared and processed piping piece data corresponding to a processed piping piece manufacturable by processing a piping piece; an input part 115 which inputs various information including piping module data corresponding to a piping module to be manufactured; a CPU 110 for allocating at least one of the piping piece data and the processed piping piece data to a part of the piping module data; and an output part 112 for outputting a processing result of the CPU 110.
