PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a valve driving device provided with a slider and a torque arm, and to reduce cost thereof as a result. SOLUTION: A slider 6 is screwed to an input shaft 4. A torque arm 7 is protruded form an output shaft 5. The torque arm 7 formed with a slit 18 is engaged with the slider 6. The input shaft 4 is rotated to move the slider 6 in the axial direction to rotate the output shaft 5. A tip 19a of a closing directional inside edge 19 of the slit 18 is inclined to the closing direction. An angle formed by the tip 19a relative to the axis of the input shaft 4 becomes smaller. The slider 6 gradually and strongly pushes the torque arm 7. A valve driving device is thereby miniaturized, and desirable torque can be acquired. A tip 20a of an opening directional inside edge 10 of the slit 18 is inclined to the closing direction. An increase of the slit width and idle rotation of the input shaft 4 can be thereby prevented.
