摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a propylene-ethylene copolymer having outstanding impact resistance. SOLUTION: The propylene-ethylene copolymer (A) comprises a component (A-C) composed mainly of a crystalline polypropylene and a component (A-A) composed mainly of a propylene-ethylene random copolymer and satisfies the following requirements (I) to (VI). (I) The component (A-C) and the component (A-A) can be fractionated by temperature elevation crystallinity fractionation, the amount of the component (A-C) is 60-98 wt.% and that of the component (A-A) is 2-40 wt.%; (II) the melt flow rate MFRA of the propylene-ethylene copolymer (A) is≥10 g/10 min; (III) the melting point of the propylene-ethylene copolymer measured by DSC is≥150°C; (IV) the melt flow rate MFRA-1 of the crystalline polypropylene polymerized in the first stage is≥40 g/10 min; (V) the ethylene content of the component (A-A) is 20-80 wt.%; and (VI) the melt flow rate MFRA-2 of the copolymer polymerized in the second stage satisfies formula 2 and has the relationship of formula 1 for the weight-average molecular weight MwA-A of the component (A-A).
